Self-service parcel lockers have become a standard part of modern logistics. From a user’s perspective, the experience is simple: walk up, pick up a parcel whenever it fits your schedule, and you are done. For operators, however, a parcel locker is part of a much larger digital system that talks to carrier platforms, online stores, institutions, and sometimes even city infrastructure, while constantly handling data and remote control.
