The goal was to build an ergonomic, flexible, and long-lasting workspace that makes assembly processes easier while improving employee comfort.

Professional Assembly Workstations for Intensive Operation

The workstations were based on solid assembly tables with practical accessories and smart workspace layouts. We focused on ergonomics, easy access to tools and efficient power supply directly to the work surface.

Each workstation came with power trays featuring 230 V sockets and an integrated lighting switch. This provides convenient power for work equipment and devices without messy cable runs. The setup also included ramps with LED lighting for good illumination that supports precise assembly work.

A key part of the workstation organisation is the hanging system with euro perforated panels for boxes, tools and other work accessories. This keeps everything clearly arranged and easy to reach during work.

The project also included mobile drawer units with four drawers for flexible storage of materials and tools. The drawers have non-marking wheels, which is especially important in clean manufacturing environments.

Ergonomic Workspace Solutions

We also made individual structural modifications. For the customer's needs, we designed a special solution for mounting an extraction arm to help create a cleaner and safer working environment.

In addition to the production workstations themselves, we delivered locker cabinets and benches for employee changing rooms. This helped the customer create a consistent and high-quality facility throughout the entire operation.

The result is a modern and functional assembly environment that meets the high demands of today's electronics manufacturing industry. Thanks to the modular design, the workstations can be expanded and adapted to future operational needs as required.
