Innovation, Business Opportunities and Meetings with Logistics Leaders in London
For us, the conference was another step in building ALFA 3’s international presence and showing our solutions to a properly specialist audience. It wasn’t only about the technology, though. Just as much time went on the questions currently occupying the industry: the challenges we’re all facing, and where the European logistics market is heading.
ALFA 3 as a Silver Partner
At our own stand, we showed what we’re capable of in developing and manufacturing automated parcel delivery systems, and of course we had the autonomous FLEX on display.
Five of us made the trip: Martin Pritula, Chairman of the Board; Mike Bogel, Chief Commercial Officer; Alena Castellon, Project Manager; Rostislav Týn, Export Manager; and Arsenii Kuzin, Electronics and Software Specialist.

Being a silver partner gave us the ideal platform to show what we do. The conversations behind it mattered even more, though: talking through concrete opportunities to work together, and finding out what potential partners actually need.

First Major International Event with Our New Sales Director
London was also the first significant industry event where Mike Bogel represented ALFA 3 in his new role.
His arrival is part of our strategy to expand our commercial activities and strengthen our position in international markets. His experience, industry knowledge and contacts open up new routes for working with partners across Europe.
And being there in person really does make a difference: direct contact with key people in the industry, and the chance to set out where ALFA 3 is heading with automated delivery technology.

One of the highlights was the autonomous FLEX parcel locker. The name says it all, really. What interests customers most is how flexibly it can be deployed and how readily it adapts to very different operational requirements.

Inspiration for the Future of Last-Mile Logistics
Away from the stand, we also took part in the conference programme. The talks and panel discussions offered genuinely interesting insight into how European logistics is developing, and into the technology trends shaping tomorrow’s parcel delivery.
The recurring themes were the last mile, the expansion of parcel locker networks, the automation of logistics processes and the question of how to improve the customer experience.

For us as a manufacturer of automated parcel delivery systems, that’s valuable feedback. It helps us understand what the market actually needs, and feed exactly those insights back into our products.

Meeting in person i where long-term partnerships start
Digital tools keep changing the way we work together. Even so, one thing remains irreplaceable in international business: the face-to-face conversation.
Leaders in Logistics Autumn 2026 brought that home to us again. Sharing experience, talking through concrete projects and building trust simply works best in person, with the people shaping the future of logistics.

“Our participation in London wasn’t only an opportunity to present our autonomous FLEX solution, it was also an important step in building ALFA 3’s international business relationships,”
says Martin Pritula, Chairman of the Board.
Thank you to the organisers of Leaders in Logistics Autumn for a thoroughly professional conference. And thank you to all the partners and visitors who came by our stand and took the time for a proper conversation.
