Jiří Zelený Jr. has taken over as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ALFA 3. He is now responsible for running the business day to day and developing the company's key areas further.
Who is Jiří Zelený?
Jiří Zelený has been part of ALFA 3 for a long time and knows the company well. He started out as a design engineer, working on new products and technical solutions. He then moved into the role of Chief Sales Officer, where he grew the sales team and built strong relationships with customers and partners. He knows the company from the inside out.
Engineering and Sales in One Person
That background is exactly why this decision makes sense. Jiří understands how the products are built and how to bring them to market. ALFA 3 has always been a company that takes quality seriously. That mindset should be just as present at the top as it is on the floor.
What Changes, and What Stays the Same?
Martin Pritula stays on as Chairman of the Board. In this role, he will focus on strategic investments, marketing, and the development of the company's organisation and products. He and Jiří will keep working closely together, with clearer responsibilities on each side.

ALFA 3 has more projects running than ever before, a growing range of products, and a presence on more and more European markets. The new leadership structure means the company can respond quickly and make decisions without losing what it has always stood for: quality, reliability, and a drive to keep improving.
