Fast, flexible and straightforward: alfaBOX Drop makes handing over a parcel as simple as it gets. Users identify themselves with a QR code or barcode, then place their parcel securely in the box.
It works just as well for e-commerce returns as it does for carrier drop-offs, Click & Return services or internal company logistics. The possible locations are equally varied: logistics depots, shopping centres, office and residential buildings, universities and other public facilities.

Simple for the user, clever behind the scenes. alfaBOX Drop combines an intuitive touchscreen with a 2D and QR code scanner, electronic locks and cloud connectivity.
Thanks to an open API, the software integrates with ERP, CRM and WMS platforms, as well as with carrier and e-commerce systems. Operators can manage the unit remotely, run diagnostics and see at a glance which compartments are in use.
Modularity plays a big part here too. The size and number of compartments are tailored to each project and can be expanded later on. Because no two locations are the same, we design our locker systems around the setting, the operating model and what the site actually needs.
Designed and Made in the Czech Republic
alfaBOX Drop is built for permanent outdoor use. Its double-wall construction and corrosion protection up to category C5 in line with ISO 12944 mean it keeps working reliably, even in rough weather.
Development and manufacturing take place entirely in the Czech Republic.
