Manufacturing Process Of ALFA 3 in Practice
There is a point in every serious business conversation where a presentation is no longer enough. The other side wants to see the facility, meet the people, and understand how decisions actually get made. We think that is the right instinct, and it is why we welcome prospects and potential customers to Luže.

We Did Not Start With a Presentation
The visit began on the factory floor. The detailed discussion came afterwards.
First, we visited directly to the production floor ALFA3 of our facility in Luže. We went through structural design, material selection, quality control at every stage, final assembly, and testing without shortening or skipping any part of the process.
There is a simple reason for that. Someone walking through a live manufacturing facility asks different questions than someone looking at a PowerPoint slide. The conversations get more specific, and both sides learn more than they ever would in a meeting room.
The GLS Group team did exactly that. Good questions, direct discussion. That is how it should be.

Technical Details and Parcel Locker Operations
After the walkthrough, we presented our parcel locker solutions in more detail. Energy efficiency of the electronics, power supply options for different deployment environments, and how we keep operational costs low across the full product lifecycle.
Software integration was discussed as a separate topic because it deserves its own space. Connecting new hardware to an existing logistics network is not straightforward. We walked through how our systems integrate, what connectivity options are available, and what ongoing software support looks like after a deployment goes live.
The open technical discussion that followed was the most valuable part of the day. No more slides, just a direct round of questions and answers. Capacity load, equipment behavior under different conditions, network management requirements, and possibilities for future development. Exactly the things that matter for an operation the size of GLS.

Positive feedback and a clear shared interest in next steps
The day ended well. The GLS Group team gave positive feedback, and on both sides it is clear that it is worth continuing. For us the visit was also valuable internally, because we now have a much better understanding of what really matters in their operational environment.
We believe products have to prove themselves in practice, not on paper. That is why the door in Luže is open. Prospects and potential customers who want to see how we work are always welcome to come and find out.
Thank you to the GLS Group team for the visit and for the open conversations throughout the day.
We are looking forward to what comes next.
