Growth Happens Together
The e-Brána Conference has long focused on business development, leadership, and personal growth. This year’s event made one thing especially clear: sustainable growth depends not only on a good strategy, but also on whether that strategy is felt across the whole company, from purchasing to production.
The programme offered plenty of useful insight into the challenges modern companies face and showed how clear goals can be turned into practical results.
A Talk That Sticked with Us
One of the highlights of the conference was the talk by Pavel Moric. The motivational coach, mentor, and karate trainer connected with the audience straight away. His thoughts on the inner attitude of leaders and on dealing with challenges calmly and with discipline left a strong impression on us. His message was simple but powerful: a company can only function well when the people behind it are fully on board.

What Are We Taking Away from the Conference?
Taking part in the 6th e-Brána Conference confirmed that we are on the right path. We do not just want to follow trends — we want to bring new ideas into our everyday work in a practical way.
