Workstation Adaptation to Specific Production Requirements
Great emphasis was placed on ergonomics and efficient workplace organization. Thanks to the modular solution, workers have all equipment clearly organized and easily accessible directly during assembly.

Construction and Technical Parameters of the Delivered Tables
The assembly tables are built on a robust welded side-frame construction consisting of front and rear legs connected by crossbars. The structure uses solid 40 × 40 mm profiles and an extendable part made of a 35 × 35 mm C-profile with a plastic glide element.
The tables are equipped with horizontal C-profile connectors 40 × 40 mm with holes for mounting the worktop and pedestal holder. The construction also includes a grooved C-profile enabling easy installation of superstructures and additional accessories.
The height adjustment range of the table with a 25 mm thick worktop is 745–985 mm, allowing the workstation to be adapted to the specific needs of workers and supporting ergonomic working conditions.
Each table is designed for a static surface load capacity of up to 350 kg, making it suitable even for demanding assembly and production operations.
Technical Parameters of the Delivered Drawer Pedestals
Drawer cabinets from the UNI series feature a structurally simplified design. The cabinet bodies are made as durable welded constructions and include an integrated central locking system. The bottom and rear panel are equipped with holes for anchoring to the wall or floor.
Drawers of the UNI series pedestals are fitted with 100% telescopic slides with a load capacity of 40 kg. They are equipped with an aluminum handle featuring a groove on the front side for inserting drawer content labels.The internal drawer dimensions are 24E × 27E, where 1E = 17 mm. The usable drawer footprint dimensions are 408 × 459 (449) mm. The drawers include perforation in the bottom and frame with a 1E grid for the use of metal dividers.
The project also included a custom modification of the structure for mounting an extraction arm. This solution enables efficient extraction during work and contributes to a cleaner and safer working environment.
In addition to production workstations, we also supplied changing room equipment including lockers and benches, providing the customer with comprehensive and unified facilities for employees.
This implementation confirms the possibilities of individual configuration of ALFA3 assembly workstations according to specific production and operational requirements.
