We discussed the significance of this investment for ALFA 3's future with the company's director, Martin Pritula.
Mr. Pritula, in July, you began trial operations for your new company hall. What motivated this decision?
Martin Pritula: "In recent years, demand for our products has increased, and simultaneously, requirements for efficient production, logistics, and company presentation have also risen. The new hall enables us to meet these challenges – we’re expanding production capacity, optimizing material flows, and creating dedicated spaces for business partners. It’s a strategic move that will enhance our stability and flexibility over the long term."
The hall looks very modern – what will customers or visitors find inside?
Martin Pritula: "The hall is multifunctional, and we reflected this in its layout. It includes a production area, where final assembly and product completion take place, a warehouse optimized for handling both materials and finished goods, and a showroom featuring samples of our product range. There is also a meeting room and office space for business meetings and internal discussions. Everything is designed to be practical, clearly structured, and welcoming for guests with confidence."
What does this investment mean to you on a personal level?
Martin Pritula: "Above all, this is proof that the company is moving forward. Not just technologically or in terms of capacity, but also visually and culturally. We’re creating a working environment where people feel good, where we can react quickly to market demands, and where we’re proud to invite customers. That’s fundamental for me as a director."
What was the biggest challenge in implementing the project?
Martin Pritula: “The construction and setup of the hall took place while the company was fully operational, so we had to coordinate each stage to avoid disrupting production. Our technicians, planners, and staff were essential to this effort and deserve special thanks.”
Are you planning any further expansion or new developments?
Martin Pritula: "Absolutely. This hall is not the end – it’s the beginning of a new phase. We believe the space we’ve created will allow us to introduce new products, improve customer service, and develop other areas of the company – whether in production, digitalization, or employee care."
Thank you for the interview. We wish you ongoing success and hope the new hall benefits the company and its customers.
